1.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.

1.3. Please provide your name, appointment date, and time, along with your cancellation or rescheduling request.
Late Cancellation or No-Show:
2.1. Failure to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ cancellation notice will result in a late cancellation or no-show fee.
2.2. Late cancellation or no-show fees are equal to the full cost of the scheduled service.
2.3. The late cancellation or no-show fee will be charged to the credit card on file or requested at the time of rebooking.
